After taking a year off, the annual Happy HEALTHYdays Challenge is back!
If you’re unfamiliar with it, here’s the gist: you will have daily and weekly goals around food, exercise, and stress relief. You get points for meeting said goals. Everyone tracks their own goals & sends me their points every week, and at the end of the challenge, winners are picked and awarded cash prizes (taken from the entry fee of all participants).
This year’s challenge will be four weeks long and officially begin on Sunday, Dec. 4, but if you’re an eager beaver, you can start on Dec. 1 to have a shot at earning some “bonus points,” which will increase your chances of winning a prize. And that’s the best part — you don’t have to be perfect and hit every single goal to win. The more points you earn, the more times your name is entered into the raffle for prizes!
Cost to join this monthlong challenge is $20 — half the money will go to me (because organizing this and tracking everyone is A LOT of work) and the other half will go into the prize pool.
The whole point of this challenge isn’t to punish you for eating poorly or not exercising — it’s to encourage to try to keep up healthy habits as much as you can during this stressful holiday season. You’re rewarded for all the positive things you’re doing for your mind and body!
